Jr. Thespys™
Junior Thespys™
Thespys® is an educational program that offers students the opportunity (using the audition approach) to receive constructive feedback on prepared theatrical material and technical designs. The performance events include solo, duet, or group musical, monologue and duo/group acting. In addition, students may also enter design/technical Thespys® which allow tech students the opportunity to show and be adjudicated on what they know and display the work they have done.

For the 2026 Junior Thespian Conference, all Thespys will be adjudicated by the video submission platform (Due: January 14, 2026)
​
Each troupe can submit up to 15 performance Thespys and 15 technical Thespys.
​
The Top 20 Thespys will have a callback IN PERSON on at Junior Thespian Conference February 21, 2026.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR JUNIOR THESCON IN ORDER TO REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THESPYS.

All entry materials and payments must be recieved by Georgia Thespians before the deadline.

Important Information
Registration Opens: September 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM
Registration Closes: December 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Signed paperwork and payment)
Video Submission Deadline: January 14, 2026 by 5:00 PM
Entry fee: $25 for solo or duet events; $45 for all others (3-16 performers)
Entries Allowed: Up to 15 Performance Thespys and 15 Technical Thespys per troupe
Participants: Must be Thespians registered for Jr. Thespian Conference
